The Cave Municipal Council will meet for its regular session on Monday April 14 at 5 p.m. at the Town Hall. The agenda includes financial updates, a continuous discussion in an entertainment district and new proposals concerning the regulations of young people and the leisure of the public.
A second reading of an order establishing an entertainment district should take place. The proposal, which was under revision during the recent meetings, would allow customers to transport alcoholic beverages in an area designated in the city center.
Craig Thomas, president of the RBS Design Group, must update the members of the Council at the place of Cave City for the Boys and Girls Club.
New cases include a first examination of an order that seeks to implement a curfew for minors. No other details on the curfew was given on the agenda.
In addition, the Council will hear Terry Bunnell, who will speak to the council Reconstruction project of the Caverna Tennis court.
City heads of department will provide public security and application updates, with reports expected by firefighters Kevin Jandt, police chief Paul Reynolds and codes’ application. Bradd Matt Pedigo’s representative is also planned to share updates.
