THE WOODLANDS, Texas – Entergy Texas was ranked #1 in customer satisfaction among mid-sized electric utility customers in the South, according to the Electric Utility Company Customer Satisfaction Study 2024 from JD Power. The company also achieved the highest score among all utilities in its segment. This prestigious recognition highlights the company’s commitment to providing affordable, reliable and innovative energy solutions to its business customers.

The JD Power study, now in its 26th year, evaluates business customer satisfaction at 80 U.S. electric utilities, collectively serving more than 12 million customers. Satisfaction is measured across six key factors: power quality and reliability, price, billing and payment, corporate citizenship, customer contact and communications.
The 2024 study collected information from more than 20,000 business customers nationwide between March and October 2024. Those who participated ranked Entergy Texas #1 in billing and payment, price, quality and energy reliability, corporate citizenship and communications.
