The Educational Technology & Innovation (ETI) team collaborates with teachers, staff and students to improve teaching and learning and increase learners’ commitment through the use of technology. ETI is a strategic consulting partner, guiding the community of the Yale School of Medicine in the identification and integration of emerging technology, based on data focused on data, to improve undergraduate medical training, cycles higher and continuous in class and clinic.
We focus on technologies, in particular the evolution of learning management systems, platforms and software in simulation, virtual and augmented reality and artificial intelligence, with the potential of being integrated in New or existing pedagogies in medical education and through other educational fields, such as the mapping of curriculum or existing programs and assessment of learners.
ETI is a joint team with the Education Office and Health sciences.
