The Teen Tech for Tomorod initiative of Best Buy Canada aims to fill technological shortcomings in education by offering more than $ 110,000 in grants to secondary schools and robotics teams nationally. Thanks to two separate programs – Teen Tech Grants and Teen Tech Teams – Funding supports access to advanced technologies in classrooms, libraries and STEM programs. Schools can receive up to $ 10,000 for general technological improvements, while robotics teams receive financial support alongside high -performance IT equipment.
With a long -standing commitment to education, Best Buy has contributed $ 4 million to schools in the past 15 years. This last effort aims to allow students of tools that can improve commitment, promote innovation and prepare them for careers in technology areas. Parents, educators and technology enthusiasts can appreciate the way this initiative promotes skills for Canadian students.
