According to an act, Lancelot Entertainment Edaville Real Estate Holdings bought nearly 250 acres from Edaville surrounding 5 Pine St. on February 19 for $ 8.7 million.
Edaville, named after the producer of cranberries, Ellis D. Atwood, began as an agricultural operation in cranberries in 1947 and turned into an experience of historic and practical steam locomotive. But in recent years, the park struggle financially and was even considered for redevelopment.

The King Richard Fair started more than four decades ago, finally becoming the longest Renaissance fair in the region. It was held at 235, rue Main since 2000, rented on 80 acres of land belonging to D’Assico. The property includes permanent structures.
On February 20, Lancelot said he was “blinded” when D’Amico ended the rental negotiations, and a week later, changed the locks on trailers and the company’s kitchen, the complaint said.
Lancelot and d’Amico have agreed from a plan for the company to withdraw its personal property, according to a modified complaint.
The company alleges that D’Amico violated parts of the Lanham law, which established the brands’ registration system, the violation of the implicit alliance in good faith and the equitable offer, as well as delicual interference in trade relations and contractual relations.
The case is underway.
The Patriot Ledger tried to contact representatives for Edaville, King Richard’s Faire and Lancelot Entertainment. Calls and emails were not immediately returned.
