A graphic designer testified Wednesday that she was so traumatized after Sean “Diddy” Combs Held her on a balcony of apartments on the 17th floor which she sometimes cried in her sleep later.
Bryana “Bana” Bongolan, 33, a friend of the former longtime girlfriend of Combs, Cassie Ventura, said that the 2016 assault on Ventura’s apartment in Los Angeles had caused a bruise on the back of her leg, as well as back and neck pain. It also left him emotionally marked, she told the jury.
“I have night terrors and paranoia and I sometimes shouted in my sleep,” said Bongolan, a creative director and marketing who heads his own art agency.
His testimony occurred during the fourth week of presentation of evidence by prosecutors as they seek to prove that Combs supervised a racketeering organization made up of his employees and associates while he abused physically and sexually for two decades.
Combs, 55, pleaded not guilty of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and other charges which, if they were convicted, could send it to prison for 15 years for life.

“I saw her bring her back over the balcony balustrade, then throw it on the patio furniture,” said Ventura.
When Bongolan recalled the attack, she said that Combs burst into Ventura’s apartment, raised it and put it on the rail. She said that she feared that she would fall on her death as she pushed against Combs.
“I was afraid of falling,” she said. Combs shouted on the test, said Bongolan, believing that he was holding her above the balustrade for 10 to 15 seconds.
She said that Combs then threw her on balcony furniture. Adrenaline has helped her power to cross the test, said Bongolan. She remembers getting up immediately after being thrown away.
Bongolan said that Ventura, who was sleeping in the room, then went out and asked Combs: “Did you just suspend it on the balcony?” Said that the ex-girlfriend of Bongolan was also in the apartment, Combs quickly left, said Bongolan.
Bongolan said it had lasting effects from bands of bands.
“I have nightmares and I have a lot of paranoia and I shouted a lot in my sleep, but it’s a bit dissipated,” she said.
Part of her paranoia, she said, includes the opening of the doors carefully and a glance in the rooms before entering inside, and she added that she had a nightmare as recently as a few days ago.
Bongolan said Combs gave his drugs three or four times, including Ecstasy, cocaine, ketamine and G, a substance it included was depressed GHB.
She said that she had also done drugs about once a week with Ventura when Combs was not there.
Bongolan, testifying in response to an assignment from prosecutors, obtained immunity after initially declared that she would refuse to answer questions and invoke her right to the fifth amendment against self-in-incrimination. She was at least the third witness given to immunity to testify.
What Combs is on trials for
American prosecutors allege that for 20 years, behind the scenes, combits forced and abused women with the help of a network of partners who helped to silence the victims by blackmail and violence.
Combs faces an indictment which includes descriptions of “freak-off”, which are defined in the doc of the court as “elaborate sexual performances produced that the Combtes have arranged, directed, masturbated during and often recorded electronically”.
Many witnesses showed up to accuse combs of terrorizing people in silence by stifling, hitting them, kicking them and sliding them, according to the prosecutors. An accusation act alleys that the combs suspended someone from a balcony.

Although dozens of men and women have allegedly allegedly in prosecution, this trial will highlight the assertions of four women.
Combs is accused of sex trafficking, racket conspiracy and transport to engage in prostitution. He denied all the charges held against him and rejected a plea agreement, choosing to go instead.
If he is convicted of the New York Court, he could incur prison for life.
