For the Moment there is not much to see in Bodeera, a district filled with green Bush 45 km south of Kigali, the capital of Rwanda. But it is the site of what Paul Kagame, the president of the central African country of 14 meters, considers as an inherited project. If all goes as planned, there will soon be an airport complex, largely funded by Qatar, that he hopes to help the transformation of Rwanda, in 1994, the blood scene of an African emirate genocide – a hub for trade and a draw for tourists wishing to break the gorillas that hide in the country’s mountains. Mr. Kagame, a fan of Formula One, wants to host what would be the only circuit in Africa.
