The Coty beauty company sold its 20% participation in the skkn by Kim brand in Skims, the Shapewear and Apparel company of Kim Kardashian.
Post-deal, Skims should consolidate beauty and lifestyle companies. The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

In the second quarter of the year 2025, Coty declared a net turnover of $ 1.669 billion, a drop of 3% compared to the same period of the previous year. The company’s adjusted BPA (profit per share) for 2T25 was $ 0.11, compared to $ 0.25 in the previous year.
