Jahan WangExecutive vice-president, Banking Entertainment, and Abel Montañez, Executive Vice-President, Private Bank and Heritage Management, will lead teams in the future and continue to meet the needs of City National Customers.

About Jahan Wang
Jahan Wang is the Executive Vice-President of City National of Buterment Banking and member of the company’s management team. Jahan has over 30 years of banking experience. About Abel Montañez
Abel Montañez is executive vice-president of private banks and wealth management, which is part of the Entertainment Group of the City National Bank. In this role, he heads the full set of wealth management teams in City National, notably City National Rochdale, City National Securities, Trust and Estate Services, as well as advice and services to customers. He is a member of the company’s management team.
Abel has over 20 years of experience in private wealth management. He joined City National in June 2021 of the private bank of Wells Fargo, where he supervised the Los Angeles Market as regional general manager. Abel joined Wells Fargo in 2007 as a wealth advisor. During his 14 years at the Bank, he was always recognized as one of the best advisers in the company. Before Wells Fargo, Abel worked at Citi Private Bank, where he co-directed a team of advisers focused mainly on ultra-elevated individuals and families. Abel is active in the community. He sits on the board of directors of Foothill Family Services, a non -profit organization serving children and families at risk South California. Abel obtained his master’s degrees and baccalaureate in finance from the Marshall School of Business in USC. As the first cycle, he was a member of the Trojan baseball team which won four consecutive conference titles and a national championship in division I.
