The leaders of Canada, the United Kingdom and France condemn the expansion by Israel of military operations and actions in Gaza and the West Bank, threatening on Monday in a joint declaration to take concrete measures, including the sanctions.
The declaration called on Sunday’s announcement that Israel will allow a fundamental quantity of food in “totally inadequate” Gaza and said that the level of human suffering is “intolerable”.
“We will not stay there while the government of Netanyahu is continuing these blatant actions,” the statement said. “If Israel does not cease the renewed military offensive and does not raise its restrictions on humanitarian aid, we will take other concrete actions in response.”
The press release indicates that the three countries have always supported Israel’s right to defend itself against terrorism, but have qualified the climbing of disproportion.

Israel has launched a new wave of air and land operations across Gaza during the weekend, saying that it will pressure Hamas to release the remaining hostages of October 7, 2023. The army ordered the evacuation of Khan Younis, the second largest city in Gaza.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Monday that Israel was planning to “take control of all Gaza”. He said that Israel will also encourage what he describes as voluntary emigration to other countries. The Palestinians rejected the suggestion.
The declaration of the three countries has clearly criticized “any attempt to expand the regulations in the West Bank”.
“Israel must stop the colonies that are illegal and undermine the viability of a Palestinian state and the security of the Israelis and the Palestinians,” he said. “We will not hesitate to take other measures, including targeted sanctions.”
The three -country declaration comes shortly after five trucks carrying baby food and other aid entered the territory. The United Nations described it as “welcome development”, but said that much more aid was necessary.

The foreign ministers of the three countries, as well as many others, also published on Monday a joint declaration calling for Israel to immediately allow a resumption of aid to Gaza.
They called on the United Nations and humanitarian organizations to work independently and impartial to provide assistance to Gaza.
