Enterprise Foodservice Technology Company by Technology has introduced a commitment by, a series of products designed to allow business restaurants to engage with customers and rationalize operations.

The platform incorporates loyalty, marketing, command and guest data in a single cohesive system.

Punchh Loyalty, industry reference for loyalty programs, now offers greater adaptability with improved integrations in marketing, guest data and order. It includes new levels of membership level and the activation of the rules led by AI to strengthen the retention efforts at the company’s scale.

The guest data module consolidates identity and information on loyalty and non -oyal customers, offering marketing specialists to recognize, personalize and engage on all marketing channels.

The marketing and offer module, proven by the punchh, is now expanding personalized campaigns to all guests, not only members of loyalty, to increase the scope and efficiency of each offer.

Supporting the steering wheel are two additional layers: accelerate, a series of tools aimed at increasing the size of the checks, repeated visits and return on investment and digital experience, which gives life to all the contact points of a brand on all guest contact points, from mobile applications to digital wallets.

Later in 2025, brands will have access to tools fueled by AI such as chatbots for data information, sale and personalized offers, and new loyalty and payment features without applications such as wallet leaves, QR codes and automatic implementation gift codes.
