Bradenton, Florida (WWSB) – Bradenton police announced that the former owner of M&L cabinets had been found guilty of fraud and poor application of construction funds.

Ryan Nobles, the former owner of the M&L cupboards, was sentenced to a bad application of construction funds of $ 100,000 or more – a crime in the first degree. Co -owner Nicole Anderson pleaded guilty to a fraud crime of more than $ 50,000 in 2024. The BPD arrested Nobles and Anderson in September 2023.

The survey started when M&L cabinets said they had paid for cooking renovations that were not started or finished. Nearly two dozen customers have made payments of several thousand, tens of thousands of dollars for products and services to the company. In addition, the M&L cabinets did not pay the wardrobes ordered from a supplier.

The assignments to appear financial files revealed that between August 2022 and January 2023, Nobles used his business credit card in the Casinos de Tampa, Fort Lauderdale, Las Vegas and cruise ships on board.

For five months, he billed about $ 220,000. During the same period, Anderson made ATM purchases and withdrawals totaling about $ 90,000 using its company credit card. Throughout this period, Nobles and Anderson continued to perceive payments from customers.

The nobles were sentenced to 30 months to the Correctional Services Department, followed by 27 years of probation. Anderson was sentenced to 21 months to the Correctional Services Department and 20 years of probation. Anderson must pay $ 88,507 on return. Nobles will also have to pay the return. A judge will determine the amount at a future audience date.
