STUTTGART, Germany—Bosch announced the sale of its Building Technologies division’s product businesses for security and communications technologies to European investment firm Triton. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The transaction encompasses three business units – Video, Access & Intrusion, and Communication – which represent all of Bosch Building Technologies’ product businesses offered for sale.
Future prospects and new beginnings for business units
In October 2023, Bosch announced that as part of the realignment of its Building Technologies division, it would sell most of the division’s product businesses.

Following the transaction, Bosch Building Technologies will have approximately 8,000 associates in eight countries.
