Degenhart and his compatriot from Washington, Matt Nelson (2008), are the only players in the history of the program to be appointed to an All-America team from the CSC. He is the first Bronco to be selected several times.

Score of 2,037 career points, Degenhart is the leader of all time of Boisse State. He posted two seasons of 500 points and established the record for seasonal points in his senior campaign, totaling 676.
Surpassing 2,000 points and 700 rebounds last season, Degenhart only became the third player in the history of the conference to overshadow these figures. He is only the 13th DI player in the past five years to reach these brands.
