
Video, Bill Nye the Science Guy talks about climate change in Cleveland Event

“Be just optimistic Guards will go to the World Series, ” Bill Nye the scientific guy shouted Thursday evening at Cleveland musuem of natural history.
Nye predicted that Cleveland Guardians would go to the World Series in February during the MLB Network “hot stove” talk show and he reminded everyone of his prediction to his “The Science of Climate Change With Bill Nye event.
A crowd of 440 participants wrapped the event, which sold in less than a minute when the tickets were sold for the first time.
Nye is the CEO of The planetary companyA non -profit organization called the largest spatial organization in the world. The organization’s mission is to advance science and exploration of space.
During his speech, Nye said that the Great Lakes and the Lake Eri are warming specifically.
“This leads to more snowfall and temperatures in summer are even more ridiculous,” said Nye. He joked and said, “But there is nothing to fear.”
Nye stressed public members the importance of having environmental conversations so that they can spread awareness.
“The reason why the climate changes so quickly is because of us, you and me, and some people do not accept that it is very disturbing,” said Nye.
He also encouraged everyone to consider how the climate changes.
“It costs us every time, it’s a great thing, the more we do nothing about it, the more problem it will be, it will recover or bring things to manage,” said Nye.
Although he said you can’t really prevent climate change, it can be slowed down and reversed.
“The first thing to do is to stop digging the hole, stopping burning the fossil fuel would be really good, but getting everyone to do, which turned out to be quite difficult,” said Nye.
Nye had a standing ovation at the end where he recorded the public before leaving.
