Many of us do not necessarily imagine Walmart when we think of Buy grocery products for the Mediterranean diet.
However, as a dietitian devoted to the way of eating Mediterranean, you can regularly find me buying a chain grocery store.
The Mediterranean regime Focus on healthy and nutrient foods, healthy fats, lean meats and vegetables. Fortunately, Walmart has a lot of products at prices that do not cry my wallet – even beyond the product aisle.

Salmon is a basic food in my diet.

Walmart has big choices in its seafood section, like its salmon nets in markets.
Pearl’s olive olive packs are perfect for snacking.

Olipop is more a treat than a basic food for me.

Of course, soda is not recommended on the Mediterranean diet – in part because it can be quite sweet.
However, for those like me who love a soft drink from time to time, I take an olipop.
I like its varieties to contain much less sugar added than conventional sodas and still have a lot of flavor. More, Olipop Said that its prebiotic sodas can help support digestive health with ingredients such as vegetable fibers and botanical extracts.
