Ballet Palm Beach adds pianist and author to its board of directors
Classical pianist and author and photographer of “Sunsets”, a beautiful book, Lora Drasner was named to the Board of Directors of Ballet Palm Beach. In addition to serving on the board of directors of Miami City Ballet for several years, Drasner studied ballet for 12 years. Drasner co-chairs Palm Beach Ballet’s gala “A Night in Monte Carlo,” January 29, 2025 at Breakers.
Wounded Veterans Relief Fund appoints board chair
The Wounded Veterans Relief Fund Board of Directors recently confirmed Russ Cancilla as the new president and chairman of the board, succeeding retired Lt. Gen. Robert Chelberg. Cancilla, a decorated veteran, held key positions of increasing responsibility during his military service, including serving as a military aide to President George HW Bush. Over the past three years, as a board member and vice president, he has played a central role in shaping the direction of the organization. Founded in 2009, the Relief Fund is a veteran-led 501(c)3 nonprofit organization serving veterans. Its mission is to provide urgent financial assistance and essential dental care to eligible injured and disabled Florida veterans.
West Palm Beach Fishing Club general manager becomes president
The West Palm Beach Fishing Club Board of Directors was recently appointed Tom ‘Buzz’ Bzuraof North Palm Beach, as the organization’s new president. Bzura has worked at the fishing club for eight years, most recently as the organization’s general manager. In his new role as club president, he will be responsible for producing all angling programs, including the famous Silver Sailfish Derby, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the nostalgic downtown clubhouse from West Palm Beach. The club was founded in 1934 and currently has over 1,600 members. Its mission is to preserve local sport fishing history and promote recreational fishing and conservation of Palm Beach County’s saltwater resources.
Bank of America Private Bank Adds Palm Beach Office
Bank of America Private Bank recently announced the addition of Philippe Edwards And Lauren Stuhmer at their Palm Beach office as private client advisors. They will be responsible for providing wealth management services, including investing, philanthropy, credit and financial planning, to ultra-high net worth families across the United States, with an emphasis on the Southeast Florida. Edwards and Stuhmer join us from Citi Private Bank, where they were both senior bankers managing $7 billion in client balances. Bank of America Private Bank is a unit of Bank of America, N.A.
Rentyl Resorts Adds Vice President of Business Development and Marketing

Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath verify the milestones achieved

Boca Raton promotes longtime employee to city attorney
The City of Boca Raton is pleased to announce the promotion of Joshua Pariente Koehler to the city attorney. Koehler will oversee all aspects of the city’s legal operations, serving as primary legal advisor to the council, city manager and city departments. With nearly two decades of experience in municipal law, including more than 13 years with the City of Boca Raton, Koehler’s expertise and dedication will help ensure a smooth transition to leadership of the City Attorney’s Office .
