The BBC will show all the World Cup qualifications for the male teams of Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
A new agreement signed with UEFA means that 41 live games will be displayed.
The agreement also includes friendly matches and qualifiers for the League of Scottish Nations with Greece later this month.
The 2026 World Cup will include 48 teams and will take place across the United States, Canada and Mexico.
Scotland reached the World Cup final for the last time in 1998, Northern Ireland has not played the tournament since 1986 while Wales put an end to its expectation of 64 years by qualifying for the last Qatar finals in 2022.
This means that all the playoffs of the World Cup in the houses of the house will be live on free television with ITV showing the games in England.
Rhodri Talfan Davies, director of nations of the BBC, said: “I am absolutely delighted that Fans of Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland can now take advantage of live and free coverage of all major international football matches.
“Nothing is doing the imagination more than international sport live and the race to qualify for the largest tournament in the world. It will be quite a tour and I am delighted that the BBC is there at each stage of the process.”
The matches will be broadcast on BBC One in each nation and BBC IPlayer – with key lights also broadcast on network television across the United Kingdom.
Live games are added to existing live international coverage on BBC Radio Wales, BBC Radio Ulster, BBC Radio Scotland, BBC Radio Cymru and the BBC Sport App.
