Tucson, Arizona (Kgun) – A new entertainment place has opened its doors to Midtown Tucson, offering a variety of activities for families and people looking for pleasure in theaters.

Roadies Lanes + Games + GastropubLocated at 4811 E. Grant Road, continuation 131, is the last adventure of the elders of the University of Arizona Scott Cassell and Josh Snider, co -owners of Roadhouse cinemas.

The installation of 35,000 square feet occupies the old bed bath and beyond the adjacent space in existing cinema.

“We have the launch of ax, the laser darts, then we have the bowling alley, then we have a laser label in the back, and we have the arcades,” said Faith Oliver, Managing Director of Roadhouse and Roadies.

The entertainment center includes 14 bowling album equipped with a Spark augmented reality technology, an arcade of 120 games, a launch of ax and a laser label.

It also includes a gastropub with a full service bar and live music on certain nights.

“People can come and watch a film, then come next to it and go to the arcades and go to bowling,” said Cassell.

The decision to reuse the Bath Bath & Beyond Space was strategic.

“The bed, the bath and beyond was just a big box, so it worked in this way. And the conversions are a little cheaper to build from zero these days,” said Cassell.

Roadies employs nearly 200 people, contributing to the local economy.

“I always do you good every time you can use anyone and help the economy,” said Cassell.

Customers responded positively to the new place.

“It’s really fun, the atmosphere is really great. The outdoor lounge area with homes and everything. It is a really cool place for adults like us and for children too,” said Benny Martinez, a road customer.

This expansion reflects a concept similar to Colorado Springs called the railway. However, it is currently not planned to reproduce the model for the site of Scottsdale.

Roadies is open Monday to Friday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from noon to 10 p.m. for more information, visit Roadhoucinemas.com.
