
The Arkansas Tech University-Ozark Campus Campus Repair Techno Campus program continues to meet accreditation requirements following an examination from the Automotive Service Excellence Education Foundation.
“We congratulate you, you and your staff, to maintain the standards of your program and to continue to meet the requirements of the industry,” wrote Michael Coley, president of the Automobile Education Foundation Excellence Education, in a informing ATU-Ozark letter of continuous accreditation. “The explosion of collision technology makes your training program for repairing and resettlement of high quality collision more precious than ever.”
The ATU-Ozark collision repair technology program helps students qualify as a frame alignment, removal of bumps, replacement of damaged parts, color correspondence, paint and basic principles of the airograph. The program also includes instructions in solvent -based paintings and in the implementation of green technology with water paints.
“It is a proud moment for me, as president of the collision repair technology program, to receive this accreditation again,” said Kenneth Floyd, member of the faculty of Atu-Ozark. “With this, we are able to provide students with up -to -date ASE training which helps open doors to high -end stores and puts them on the way to long -term success. Maintaining this accreditation requires a lot of work, and I want to thank our administration as well. This recognition is really a team effort.
