Peoria, ill.,, April 3, 2025 / Prnewswire / – Advanced Technology Services, Inc. (ATS) has announced a new functionality for integrating work vouchers for its 360 reliability® (R360®) Machine health monitoring service. This API integration allows the R360 of ATS® Health monitoring platform Machine to connect with any computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) that a manufacturer can use, sending normative actions directly to CMMS to facilitate the generation of work vouchers.
With this new capacity, ATS customers can rationalize the maintenance workflow, optimize alert management and improve operational efficiency, while maintaining the critical human surveillance necessary to ensure that good deeds are taken at the right time.
“This integration changes the situation for manufacturers who seek to fill the gap between predictive ideas and usable maintenance,” said Micah StatlerDirector of industrial technologies at ATS. “By combining information compatible with AI with the generation of automated workplace, we help teams on site to prioritize and solve critical problems more efficiently and more efficiently.”
How integration works
R360 D’ATS® The machine health monitoring platform is a cloud-based solution that uses sensors to monitor vibrations, temperature, current, pressure and other key machine conditions 24/7. Supported by decades of industrial maintenance and reliability experience, ATS experts take advantage of the integrated AI to assess and solve potential problems, filter noise and prioritize the most impactful maintenance actions before disrupting operations. This expert information is translated into usable recommendations for on -site maintenance teams. Thanks to secure integration, the recommendations are sent directly to the CMMS of the customer, automating the creation of work vouchers.
By integrating predictive information directly on the work processes, manufacturers can:
-
Rationalize maintenance workflows By accelerating working order creation, reducing manual processes and accelerating response times.
-
Optimize alert management By improving the prioritization of maintenance actions, by providing faster responses to critical problems.
-
Improve operational efficiency By consolidating key information, improving decision -making and reducing unforeseen downtime caused by delays in the execution of maintenance.
-
Ensure usable recommendations Thanks to an expert review, because each system notification is assessed and refined by ATS CAT III certified surveillance experts before integration into the CMMS, offering optimized and precise maintenance actions.
