House c. NCAA Settlement marks a pivotal change in university athletics. As part of the agreement, signed and approved on Friday and this will take effect on July 1, schools will now be authorized to compensate for athletes directly for the use of their name, image and resemblance. A key element of the regulation is the implementation of an equitable market assessment process and a “remuneration range” designed to establish standardized benchmarks for zero transactions in sports and institutions. Buckeye Sports Group will serve as a centralized hub for facilitation of the Nile brand agreement, corporate partnerships, student-athlete narration and zero support.
A complete Nile strategy
Buckeye Sports Group will support Ohio State students with full efforts in the three key areas: facilitation and supply management, content creation and narration and support services.

o Negotiate and secure locally, regional and national brand partnerships for student-athletes.
o Supervise the preparation of the contract and the right value assessments.
o Use analyzes to monitor performance and return on investment.
- Content creation and student-athlete narration, powered by Learfield studios
- Creation of digital content focused on athletes, including social media campaigns, video series and podcasts.
- Take advantage of data from Learfield and digital expertise to optimize distribution on social networks and digital channels.
- Provide marketing resources for brand collaborations to maximize results, including the use of brands, logos and access to Ohio State.

A unified approach to Nile
In a movement to rationalize and optimize zero operations, Buckeye Sports Group will also strive to consolidate existing zero collectives in a single marketing team. This unified structure will provide students with transparent access to opportunities while competing with buckeyes. The founding members of the Foundation and the company of 1870 will remain engaged and serve as an advisory capacity at the New Buckeye Sports Group. In addition, the reappropriate donations and subscriptions brought to the Foundation will continue to play an essential role in the support of Ohio State athletics.
