Hotz joined the company immediately.
Until recently, Hotz was CEO and founder of Lobus, a visual arts asset management platform dedicated to building creator capital and making culture investable. Before founding Lobus, Hotz headed Christie’s post-war and contemporary art department as global managing director. There, she led the $3 billion division to record sales and successfully grew the company globally, expanding into new markets in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the Canada. Previously, she held senior management positions at Lazard, Barclays Lehman and JP Morgan Chase.
