The new Prime Minister of Canada Mark Carney said the country is in a “moment of crisis” because it is cluster with a trade war Launched by its nearest ally, the United States.

Carney’s cabinet includes 13 men and 11 women.
Certain current ministers dealing mainly with the United States will retain their roles. These include the Minister of Public Security David McGuinty and the Minister of Foreign Affairs Mélanie Joly.
Dominic Leblanc will remain Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs and will also become Minister of International Trade, while his financial portfolio goes to Champagne François-Philippe, who is the new Minister of Finance.
Carney, who is not a member of the Parliament, should seek a seat in the House of Commons in a short time, and speculation is high that he could quickly trigger an early election.
He did not indicate whether a first election will be called, but said: “There will be other news in the coming days with regard to the fact that we have such a strong mandate that is necessary for the time.”
Carney made some brief remarks to journalists before the ceremony, saying: “We are going to go directly to work.”

Carney was to chair a meeting of the new firm on Friday afternoon.
The new cabinet includes several of the same names as the previous one under Trudeau, although smaller.

Several high-level names are outside the cabinet, such as Mark Holland, who was previously Minister of Health and announced on Thursday that he would no longer appear in the elections, and Jean-Yves Duclos, who was Minister of Public Services and Purchases under the Trudeau Government.
Mary NG, former Minister of Trade International, and Marc Miller, who led the immigration portfolio, are also absent.
Several preceding portfolios have been rebuilt, including tourism, equality of women and young people, young people, seniors and sport.
Trudeau announced his resignation in January after more than nine years in power and asked Prorogue the Parliament until March 24.

The opposition reacts to the cabinet of Carney
Conservative chief Pierre Hairy said that the Liberals “try to encourage Canadians to elect them for a fourth mandate in power with an 87% cabinet that the Trudeau firm”.
“It is the same liberal gang with the same liberal program, the same liberal results and the same liberal promises of the last 10 years,” he said at a press conference in Ottawa on Friday afternoon.
The NPD chief Jagmeet Singh said that the new Carney firm was not sufficiently representative and omitted key portfolios such as work, women’s problems and youth affairs.
