Buffalo, NY (WKBW) – The Buffalo Museum of Science takes visitors to an intergalactic trip in April while it celebrates the month of space, with interactive exhibitions, practical activities and special events designed to inspire future scientists.
Throughout the month, customers can explore displays on the theme of space, learn more about the latest discoveries in astronomy and participate in engaging workshops that bring the wonders of the universe to life.
“We really want to inspire this next generation of scientists,” said Dr. Holly Schreiber, museum director of science. “By showing that science is everywhere and that it can be fun, we could inspire this next generation. And by going to these different themes every month, we also extend a little legs and do new and fun and exciting things.”
Spring holidays and 21+ events offer unique experiences
In addition to current exhibitions, the museum organizes spring in space from April 14 to 17. This special program includes additional activities and community partners on site from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day, offering even more ways to engage in space exploration.
For adults looking for a unique evening, the museum also organizes science after hours: endlessly and beer-plus on April 25. This 21 -year -old and over event allows customers to take advantage of the museum in a more social setting, with activities and entertainment on the theme of space.
