Sheridan HS Softball: There is more in the Sheridan High School Softball team than simple Sheridan players.
Lady Broncs also have players from the Buffalo, Big Horn and Tongue River secondary schools and they had an impact.
During the victory last Thursday in match 1 of the double-head at home against Campbell County. Sheridan hit 3 circuits and the 3 that did it, do not go to Sheridan High School.
Buffalo Bailey Howe had the Walk-Off 2 circuit that won the match.
Before that, Isobell Kerckaert of Buffalo had a 3 -point shot and Emerson Kelley from Big Horn struck a 2 -point explosion.
University softball was in Wyoming for 4 years before Sheridan put a team.
Kerckaert says that she and her Buffalo teammates could have joined one of the Gillette or Casper schools in the past and adds that playing for Sheridan is more fun.
Kelley says that some players may not regularly wear the Sheridan Blue and Gold, but whatever the allegiance of the school, the team meets and this home victory last week meant a lot.
Lady Broncs should play a double-header at home today against Cody at the Sheridan College Softball Complex.
University play hours are at 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Sheridan / Buffalo HS Soccer: There was a change in this week’s calendar.
Originally, Sheridan and Buffalo had to play each other on Friday with the boys ‘match in the County of Johnson and Sheridan organizing girls’ game.
Due to a shortage of officials, the two games were moved until Thursday and the two will be played in Sheridan.
Beginning hours are scheduled for 4 and 6 p.m.
Sheridan College Rodeo: The Sheridan College participated last weekend in the Eastern Wyoming College in Torrington.
Taylor McGregor has managed some good races in breakage rope, finishing 2nd in Tour 1, and ended 6th in total for the weekend.
Not much changed in the general classification of the season.
The one who has a chance to qualify for the rodeo of the national final of the college in Casper, would be Jake Schlattmann in the conduct of the Bronc saddle.
It is currently 4th in the region’s classification with 3 rodeos to be traveled, and you must be 3rd or better to obtain an invitation to the CNFR.
The Colorado State will organize the rodeo competition for this weekend in Loveland.

Colorado Rockies Baseball: Yesterday, the Colorado Rockies lost the first match in a series of 3 games in Philadelphia 6-1.

The German starter launcher Marquez made 6 rounds having no race and withdrew 4, but it is the enclosure of the lifts which could not keep things together.
Today is a day of leave for both teams.
Match 2 of the 3 -game series will be played tomorrow.
Colorado Avalanche Hockey: The Avalanche du Colorado lost to home last night against Calgary 3-2, losing in a 1-0 shooting.
