By the authority vested in me by the NSSC to issue approval of actual accommodation charges for a conference in “bulk” in lieu of individual approvals, I hereby affirm that for the 56th Conference on Science NASA Lunar and Planetary Funds, SMD grants can be charged up to $266/night plus taxes and fees, which is the average actual cost of the conference hotel, although this amount exceeds $128 allocated for accommodation by GSA for The Woodlands for the month of March. 2025.
