Washington – An armed man who would occur from Indiana was shot dead by US secret service agents near the White House after a confrontation early on Sunday, according to the authorities.
No one else was injured during the shooting that occurred around midnight at approximately one pâté de la Maison Blanche, according to a press release from the secret services.

President Donald Trump was in Florida at the time of the shooting.
The secret services have received information from the local police on an alleged “suicidal individual” who was traveling from Indiana and found the car of the man and a person corresponding to his nearby description.
“As the officers approaches, the individual brandished a firearm and an armed confrontation followed, during which shots were fired by our staff,” the secret services said in a statement.
The man was hospitalized. The secret services said that his condition was “unknown”.
The Metropolitan Police Service will investigate because the shooting involved agents from the police. The police service refused to provide more details.
