Leoow, Kan .– (Business Wire)- AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: AMC), the largest theatrical exhibitor in the United States and in the world, announced today that after a 23-year career at 23 years at AMC as senior vice-president, general lawyer and secretary, Kevin Connor will withdraw from the company, as of March 13, 2025. AMC appointed Edwin (Eddie) Gladbach, currently vice-president, legal, vice-president, lawyer interim general and secretary. The company will decide on the selection of its long -term lawyer general later in the year, internal and external candidates being envisaged.

Connor joined AMC in 2002 and played a central role in the growth and transformation of the company. During his mandate, he ensured legal control for important milestones, in particular the merger of AMC in 2006 with Loews Cineplex Entertainment, his first public call for the New York Stock Exchange in 2013 and the 2016/2017 acquisitions of the ‘Odeon / UCI Cinemas, Nordic Cinemas Group and Carmike Cinemas. More recently, he helped guide the AMC when he recovered the pandemic in the 2020s.
Gladbach, who has been vice-president, legal since 2009, has been planned for the long-term general council post.
