Join us for our Find balance Series of winter webinaries on healthy lifestyles, where we focus on advice and lifestyle strategies to help you achieve well-being and balance. The webinaries will take place on Thursdays evenings, February 6 and March 6, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., and April 10, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Understand the impact of food and lifestyle on inflammation – February 6, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Inflammation is the natural response of the body to stressors of stress. Understanding the causes of inflammation and how to better manage it is the first step to improve your overall health. Many lifestyle choices contribute to the inflammatory response. However, bringing small changes to our daily life can decrease the risk of inflammation and better manage it. During this workshop, we will discuss the inflammation and the impact of the lifestyle (food, physical activity and stress management) on the inflammatory process.

Build a strong immune system – March 6, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

We all want to protect ourselves against diseases and our immune system is the first line of defense of our body. This complex network helps keep us healthy, but did you know that your lifestyle plays an important role in how your immune system works?

During this session, we will explore the functioning of the immune system, the different types of immunity and the impact of lifestyle on immune health. And even if no food or behavior alone can completely prevent the disease, you can strengthen your immunity by maintaining a healthy balance of nutrients rich in nutrients, sleeping sufficiently, by physically active and effectively managing stress. Join us to discover the concrete steps to build and support a strong immune system. Take our health together in hand!

Build a healthy food base – April 10, 6 p.m.-7:30 p.m.

The scientific link between food and health has been well documented for decades. However, diet -related diseases, such as diabetes, heart disease and obesity, continue to receive millions of Americans, as poor diet is a major factor contributing to the development of these chronic health problems.

Dietary directives for Americans help prevent food problems with food by providing food recommendations to promote health while meeting your unique nutritional needs. Join us for an interesting session during which we will explore food directives and discuss the importance of personalizing eating habits according to your personal preferences and selecting foods that correspond to your calorie needs.
