Poor work-life balance:

Men, especially those in high-pressure jobs, often neglect their health and struggle to balance work and home life. This neglect can lead to poor eating habits, insufficient sleep and a weakened immune system, all of which increase vulnerability to UTIs.

Lack of awareness of good hygiene:

Failing to properly clean the genital area or holding urine for long periods of time can exacerbate your chances of developing a urinary tract infection. Read also | Are you suffering from a urinary tract infection? Be careful, this may affect your fertility

The urologist further explained prevention tips to stay safe: “Preventing UTIs involves adopting a healthier lifestyle, staying hydrated, managing stress, and practicing good hygiene. ” The doctor also suggested men to be more attentive to their health and recognize the first signs in order to seek help in a timely manner.
