Mennen will report to CEO Rob Lynch and work with the leadership team to “identify opportunities for technology innovation, improve business processes and enhance the customer experience,” the press release said.

“I look forward to collaborating with the team to drive growth, advance our digital capabilities and deliver solutions that fuel Shake Shack’s continued success,” Mennen said in a statement.
Shake Shack has relied heavily on technology in recent years by expanding its digital channels and implementing kiosk ordering. Last year, leaders said use of the kiosk had become its largest and most profitable ordering platform. The company also plans to launch a loyalty program this year to help drive sales and build customer loyalty.
Mennen’s appointment is the latest change in the company’s leadership over the past year. Lynch became CEO of Shake Shack in May and Stephanie Sentell took over as director of operations a month later.
