The outgoing press secretary shared the photo on her X account on Friday, which depicted her and a dozen of her aides smiling as they stood next to President Biden.
She captioned the photo saying, “This is the best team in the business. I couldn’t do it without you. Let’s run through the gang! #thewestwing #POTUS #WhiteHouse.”
The photo went viral and angered a myriad of critics who expressed frustration with Jean-Pierre’s time as press secretary.
Washington Times columnist Tim Murtaugh offered a harsh farewell to Jean-Pierre and company, writing: “This ‘best team in the business’ lied to the world about the president’s mental and physical fitness and, ultimately on account, failed. to Trump’s huge victory, which was a complete rejection of everything they have done in the most important jobs they will ever hold. »
“Nice work,” he added.
Free Press columnist Eli Lake asked, “Which industry is this the best team in?”
Conservative radio host Michael Berry trashed Jean-Pierre and his team, posting: “Stupid and dumber. And dumber. And dumber. And dumber. And unbelievably dumber than that. And… .”
Washington Free Beacon investigative reporter Chuck Ross noted, “They’re actually the worst in the business, which means they’ll be making over $300,000 in this city within a few months.”

Understood. I would put a bag over my head, I was one of them ” he said.
RedState.com writer Bonchie said, “I keep waiting for her to show some semblance of shame, but she just doesn’t have it in her.”
Federalist editor Mollie Hemingway attacked the team, saying, “There is no easier job in the universe than being a Democrat’s press secretary.” And yet, somehow, you still failed. »

Jean-Pierre’s final year in office was marked by even more embarrassing clarifications and defenses of Biden’s mandate.
Memorable moments included her sparking a feud with CBS reporter Ed O’Keefe after he refused to answer his question about the Walter Reed Military Medical Center neurologist visiting Biden at the White House multiple times that year; saying that questioning Biden’s incendiary rhetoric about then-candidate Donald Trump after he was twice nearly assassinated was itself “incredibly dangerous”; and dismissing videos of Biden looking flimsy as “cheap knockoffs.”
