Ignition Coffee owner Luigi Mor-Hamoy received a microloan and business advice from MEO’s Business Development Center. A new series of basic business planning courses presented by BDC begins January 7.

The first round of Core Four Business Plans for 2025, presented by Maui Economic Opportunity’s Business Development Center, begins Tuesday, January 7 and runs twice weekly through Thursday, February 6.

Classes are held in person only in MEO’s Wailuku classroom, 99 Mahalani St., behind the Cameron Center.

The Core Four Business Plan Series focuses on how and why to write a realistic business plan. Providing the information needed to start, operate and grow a business, the course is perfect for those who are considering starting a business or who have just started and need additional guidance.
