Providence Health System has partnered with home health provider Compassus to offer home health, hospice, community hospice and private care services to patients across the country.
The new entity, named Providence at Home with Compassus, will manage operations at 24 home health and 17 hospice and palliative care facilities in several states, including California, Alaska, Oregon, Washington and Washington.
