Toronto – The Blue Jays of Toronto acquired the right -hander Robinson Pina of the Miami Marlins on Wednesday in exchange for the prospect of pitching Colby Martin.
Pina, who made his big league debut last week, was optionized in Triple-A Buffalo, said Blue Jays.

The 26-year-old was 4-3 with an average of 3.47 made on average more than 13 appearances (11 departures) with Triple-A Jacksonville this season.
Pina, who spent almost all his professional career in the minor leagues, abandoned a solo circuit during an appearance of a round in the 6-2 victory of Miami against the Braves of Atlanta last Friday.
Martin, 24, was 0-1 with an MPM of 1.54 out of 21 appearances between Single-A Dunedin and High-A Vancouver this season.
