The health law section appoints inaugural recipients “top 10 less than 40”
The health law section has selected 10 young lawyers for its first prize in the Top 10 children under 40, a new recognition program honoring professionals of law showing who demonstrate exceptional success, community commitment and a commitment to advance health law in Florida.
The TOP 10 price under 40 is designed to highlight lawyers linked to Florida under 40 “which make significant contributions to the legal profession, in particular in the field of health law”, according to the section. The recipients were chosen according to their professional achievements, their services to the community and their active involvement in the health law and the legal community.

The winners will be honored during an official presentation at the meeting of the Executive Council of the Health Law this week at the Florida Bar annual Convention in Boca Raton.
The conditions of eligibility for the price include being a member of the health law section in good standing with the Florida bar, under 40 at the time of appointment, and to practice the law of practice for 15 years or less.
