President Volodymyr Zelensky signed an order on June 22 to impose sanctions on individuals and legal entities doing business in the territories occupied by Russia of Ukraine, including Crimea.

According to ZelenskyThe sanctions aim “those who cooperate with the (Russian) occupier of our land” because they “help to justify the aggression, to consider normal to earn money in the occupation and to pay taxes” to Russia.
