After having endured years of brutal intimidation and heartbreaking taunts – being said that “would be pretty if she was not so big” – Sarah Jane Clark, now 53, is the face of what she calls the “Nozempic” revolution. While many are turning to weight loss injections, Sarah Jane has taken a different route, rooted not in drugs but in five last quarters of life. And the transformation was anything but ordinary.

Weighing more than 130 kg, Sarah Jane had become dependent on sugar from a young age, her mornings starting with Cadbury and Coca-Cola buttons. She says that emotional negligence and an education rich in sugar have created a Food dependence. Talk to Sun healthShe remembers how her childhood was strewn with micro-traumas about her appearance: the boys told her that she had “rugby legs” or that she “could be pretty if she was not fat”. These comments remained, searching in his subconscious.

Despite the Cambridge regime in adolescence, its dependence on candies prevailed. At 25, her body failed – her periods had stopped, she was diagnosed with the SOPK, suffered chronic fatigue and was notified that she would not reach 40. It was the turning point. “The doctors told me that I was eating myself to death,” she said. It was not a blow or a crash diet that changed her life – but five simple rules, which she now refers like her Nozempic regime.

A regime born of despair, motivated by the discipline

Sarah Jane’s initial changes were modest: 30 -minute walks and more water. She stopped ordering take -out dishes and started to eliminate processed foods. “If food had more than five ingredients, I haven’t eaten it,” she said. It was not a regime, she insists, but a change of mentality-one that has become stronger with each small victory. “The better I am healthier, the more healthy I wanted to be healthier,” she recalls.

Over time, the results were superb. In 16 months, she had lost 7 stones. After giving birth to her two children, Chloé and Jack, she maintained the momentum. According to a size 28, she slipped to a size 10. But the changes were not only physical – Sarah Jane also found the confidence necessary to recover her identity and her life.

To run shame at racing marathons

What started as daily walks have evolved towards a complete fitness trip. Today, Sarah Jane finished 50 half-marathons and two marathons in London. Her fitness brand,, Step by step with Sarah JaneNow inspires others to transform without medical intervention. “I was told that I would not live to see 40. For my 40th birthday, I ran a 5 km race for life,” she said proudly. Now at 62 kg in good health, it has been its weight for five years – and has even found love along the way. She met her husband, Paul, Paul folds through their mutual passion for the race. “He said I was incredible,” she said. “I couldn’t believe he thought it. I have never seen myself that way. ”

‘You cannot inject self -love’

While weight loss injections have won a suite, Sarah Jane urges prudence. “You can’t just inject yourself and love yourself,” she said, warning that many people treat JAB as a correction without approaching the psychological roots of food dependence. “I see people on shit. It’s not the miracle that people think. ”

Its five simple rules? Walking 30 minutes a day, drinking more water, eliminating ultra-transformed foods, finding joy in the exercise and jumping. “Find out about what you eat.” Read the ingredients. And if food has more than five ingredients-don’t eat it, “she advises.
