Prime Minister of Alberta Danielle Smith makes a pipeline Plow directly to British Colombians.

Smith told Global News that Canada must take advantage of this moment of national unit to respond to the threats of US President Donald Trump.

Smith said that the difference this time is the vision of exporting Prince Rupert’s material, rather than Kitimate, where oil tankers are more difficult.

“Let’s go to a port that already sends goods, which is without ice all year round,” she added.

British Columbia Minister Adrian Dix said that the province is opposed to the new pipeline and that Alberta should focus on building the expansion of the Trans Mountain pipeline, which has already cost taxpayers more than $ 34 billion.

“We still have to get work to get value for this pipeline,” said ten.

“We have argued now that taxpayers have paid him. The idea that taxpayers would subsidize a project that does not have a promoter makes no sense for us. ”
