A film shot in Syracuse is climbing the rankings on a streaming service.
“No Such Thing as Loyalty 4”, the fourth film in a series written and directed by a local filmmaker Tyrone “Tizak” Jacksonis one of the 150 most popular titles on Tubi from Tuesday morning.
