The Ministry of Internal Security said hundreds of thousands of migrants on Thursday that their authorization to live and work in the United States had been revoked and that they should leave the country, according to a copy of the opinion obtained by CNN.

The notice of dismissal was sent to nationals of Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela who came to the United States through a Poundary Liberation Program of the Biden Age. More than half a million people from these four countries have benefited from the program, although it is not clear how many forms of help in the United States have since requested. The opinion, according to DHS, was sent to the email addresses provided by the program.

“This opinion informs you that your parole is now terminated,” said the opinion. “If you do not leave, you can be subject to application measures, including, but without limiting yourself, detention and withdrawal, without the possibility of making personal arrangements and returning to your country in order.”

The opinion also indicates that the work permits to the program will be revoked and orders parole to return these permits to the American citizenship and immigration services.

Thursday’s decision is the last stage of the Trump Aggressive administration and varying effort To encourage or force millions of migrants outside the country, whether in the United States legally or illegally.

The Biden administration announced in 2023 that it would grant conditional release to the qualified migrants of Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela who have submitted to the authorities rather than trying to illegally enter the country. The candidates must have had an American sponsor or an American sponsor which is legally present in the country and a clear security verification.

The program has become a political flash point because the Republicans argued that the administration used the parole authority and exceeded the creation of the program for these countries. At the time, Biden officials credited the program for changing the border on border by providing the migrants to the migrants to be applied to legally migrate to the United States.

President Donald Trump signed an order During his first day in the office, seeking to end the program unilaterally. This decision aroused legal challenges which finally made their way to the Supreme Court, allowed Trump to go beyond the protections for beneficiaries of the parole program.

“The end of the CHNV parole of the CHNV parole, as well as the words of those who exploited it, will be a necessary return to common sense policies, a return to public security and a return to America first,” said Deputy Secretary of Internal Security, Tricia McLaughlin, in a statement.

Although the Emergency Decision of the Supreme Court is not final – the underlying legal case will continue before lower courts – the order has enabled the administration to accelerate deportations for around 530,000 migrants who had previously benefited from the program.

The Trump administration told the Supreme Court that its decision to put an end to the status of parole for the migrants in question was one of the “most consecutive immigration policy” that it has taken. The lower judicial orders temporarily blocking its policy, said the administration, “critical critical immigration policies which are carefully calibrated to dissuade illegal entry, vitling the prerogatives of the basic executives and cancels democratically approved policies which were strongly in the November elections.”
