The CEO of the group related to Jon Paul Perez and the founder of the Integra Investments and the president of the Builders of Florida, Nelson Stabile, react to the data showing tens of thousands of high winners fled New York for Florida, bringing their wealth with them.

EXCLUSIVE: It is emblematic, remarkable and the last type of “billionaire bunker” to enter the real real estate market of the Grand Miami.

The group linked to industry and Douglas Elliman combine to sell a unique and original concept that combines two brands, ocean penthouses in one.

“I think that this is an opportunity which is in a way once in life in a building which would be very difficult to recreate again, and in a place which is known as the French Riviera of States,” said the president and chief executive linked to Fox News Digital.

“We have gathered the pieces of this puzzle, bringing all the best of the best,” he added, “and saw that there was such a demand for very large units that this penthouse in this building will never be reproduced.”

“This is the location, it is the size, it is the unique character of the offer in its entirety,” said the CEO of Douglas Elliman.

The mega-penthus lined with Harbor Bal Rival residences begins at a registration price of $ 150 million. It covers more than 20,000 square feet of interior space and 10,000 square feet of outdoor areas on three levels; Eight rooms and 10 bathrooms with ultra-luxury equipment.

However, because the building has just started construction six months ago, the mega-penthouse floor plan can be fully customizable for its potential buyer. It marks the largest group linked to Penthouse built to date, out of 120,000 and more units.

“It’s almost in its own private market,” said Parker. “I believe that we are exact by saying that it is the largest individual offer of its size … You have created a building of titans in industry, people who want to come together with each other, have a community in a community … In the predictable future, we will not have an offer of this caliber.”

The list intervenes in the wake of media attention around “billionaire bunkers” of Indian Creek Village – Just north of Miami Beach – is home to eminent public figures like Jeff Bezos, Tom Brady, Carl Icahn, Jared and Ivanka Kushner and others.

Perez and Parker expect buyers interested in this $ 150 million property in the same caliber, making it an trophy asset for potential international customers or primary residence for ultra rich Americans.

“It could go in both directions,” noted Perez. “I would say that it is 50-50 of the origin of the buyer. But most of the time, we see much more at the national level at these prices than international buyers.”

Goodbye NYC, Hello Miami: why the millionaires flock to the south of Florida

Tens of billions of dollars in income have moved to Florida in recent yearsThe data shows, therefore the shore mega-penthus was designed to meet this request.

Who benefits from a migration of wealth from the blue states to the red states? The co-animators of “The Big Money Show” decompose political and financial differences.

“We decided to go ahead and start playing with the floor plans, seeing how we can combine them. And when we started to go through this process, a kind of bulb has died down,” said Perez. “It’s a custom mansion in the sky.”

“The overall evolution of the southern market of Florida has lent itself to the creation of unique opportunities in the residential sphere,” continued Parker. “The global migration to this market of ultra-elevated individuals is undeniable … So this evolution of the two penthouses is, I think, organic and in accordance with what we have seen in many projects on the southern market of Florida.”

According to real estate behemoths, “some interested buyers have manifested themselves for the property, but they predict that an agreement will not go to the pen and paper before the end of 2025.

“Historically, we would see, at least at Douglas Elliman, that the penthouses would be in a way the last units to sell. But with so much demand and so much migration of incoming wealth, those who are in this category of the buyer understand that the opportunity is important and that they may want to consider earlier in the process,” said Parker. “Time is really aligned with the place where the market is.”

Fox News Digital speaks with the president of Dezer Development, Gil Dezer and Nick Perez of the related group of their residences designed by Bentley and Pininfarina, respectively.

“I think there will be more (properties like this), but there will not be many of these opportunities. They are very difficult to find,” expanded Perez. “I think we are betting on the fact that southern Florida continues to be a place where people want to live, where people want to do business … We are also great believers that the political environment here will continue to remain the same.”

“And it is extraordinary to be able to be part and shape this,” Parker has rebounded “and work with people who create more than the kind of traditional approval offer. It is very specific and tailor -made, and I think that developers have the possibility of really creating unimaginable.”
