Swing Loose Indoor Golf And Game party are a pair of entertainment places that opened last month Bell Works Chicagoland In Hoffman Estates.
A renamed place of restoration and a supplier of Indonesian products will soon join them at the self-written “metroburb”.
With the construction of 164 units of town house in progress just outside, they are among a wave of tenants bringing the redevelopment on the east side of the old building at the AT&T headquarters at 1.65 million square feet.
The second location of Swing Loose is its first in the Chicago region, occupying 5,144 square feet and welcoming up to 90 people. Designed for a serious practice and an occasional game, it includes six striking bays equipped with trackman simulators, offering virtual recreation of more than 350 real golf courses. The other location of the brand is Bell Works New Jersey.
Swing Loose Interior Golf opened its first location in the Chicago region in May in Bell Works Chicagoland in Hoffman Estates.

Game Night Out, a place of entertainment guided by the host designed for private group experiences ranging from social outings and birthday parties to business consolidation events has also opened their doors.
The second site in the company’s chicago region covers more than 3,200 square feet and can accommodate up to 60 people. The space mixes the modern aesthetics of the city with warm and welcoming elements that have been adapted to the suburbs.
The Aaron and Brandon Mojica brothers opened their second evening location, and the first outside of Chicago, in Bell Works Chicagoland at Hoffman Estates.

A large and immersive festive game, Game Night Out presents a rotating series of original challenges created by the co-founders and brothers Aaron and Brandon Mojica. The guests compete in teams through several laps, earning points along the way. Games range from anecdotes and challenges indicating the instructions to guess and light activities based on skills. The details are kept secret until the day of the match, allowing each visit to be a surprising shared adventure.
“Hoffman Estates is a new fascinating chapter for Game Night Out, allowing us to bring our unique celebration brand back to the northwest suburbs where we grew up,” the brothers said in a statement. “This decision is more than just expansion, this is a significant step when we reconnect with the community that helped us shape.”

LegendAn authentic boutique of Indonesian products, will organize a large opening celebration for its flagship location in Bell Works from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
The event will include an opening parade with traditional Indonesian costumes, a ribbon cup, an interactive performance from Angklung and a traditional Batik workshop where participants can learn to make Batik fabric. Other activities will include children’s games and a class of children for children while authentic Indonesian bites and sample products will be available for tasting.
Bell Market, a renovation and a change of brand of the previous world exhibition of the catering site, will celebrate its great opening on Monday, June 23.
The new entertainment, catering and retail tenants have both arrived and on the way to Bell Works Chicagoland in Hoffman Estates.
