Clovis, California (KFSN) – Located from Shields and Maroa, you will find a budding business selling avocado toast, but that’s what garnishes the fashionable dish that is the main ingredient.
“We are growing almost everything … Broccoli, amaranth, cabbage, curly cabbage, almost all the seeds on which we can put our hands, we will grow it,” said Fresgrow, Rodrigo Rivera.
Small but powerful, these micro-vertices are full of flavor and nutrients.
“One or two ounces is almost equivalent to eating almost two and a half books from the complete broccoli scene,” said Rivera
The owner of Fresgrow, Rodrigo Rivera, and his wife Narda launched the company in March 2024 while embarking on a health trip.
“We wanted to eat a little better a little healthier than you know, so we came across micro-vendes and how good they are for you,” said Rivera.
Not only did the pair implemented the superfood in their diet, but they wanted to share with the community.
They therefore created a toast to the lawyer where the garnish is the ingredient that changes the game. Take the toast to the lawyer at bacon and eggs, which gives you the most nutrients thanks to the Amarante Rouge.
“The amaranth is one of the fantasy micro-vertices due to the fantasy colors he has. It is very healthy for you, it is a good source of fiber and iron,” said Rivera.

Rivera says that, according to the vegetable, it is generally a 10-day process for micro-vertices to develop.
“We use organic soil and purified water, then after that, we harvest it and pack it,” said Rivera.
In order to decorate your favorite dishes or mix in a smoothie, the micro-vends are cultivated on order and start with two ounces for $ 6.
“We will have ready for this period that is needed to cultivate,” said Rivera.
Fresgrow is open to the site of Shields and Maroa from Monday to Friday and does pop-ups and producer markets on weekends.
