CN crews are working to clear the scene after a dozen cars carrying grain derailed near Boston bar on Sunday morning.
Some cars crashed down the embankment and landed in the Fraser River.
CN Rail told Global News the derailment involved a CPKC train and was caused by a landslide.

The company said no injuries, fires or dangerous goods were reported in the incident.
In a statement to Global News, the Transportation Safety Board said the train was traveling west on CN’s Ashcroft Subdivision and derailed around 12 p.m., approximately 120.9 miles away. Boston Bar is at mile 125.5.
A total of 15 cars derailed, spilling grain into the Fraser River, the TSB confirmed.
The company says it has not deployed investigators to the site, but it continues to follow up and the incident is still being evaluated.
CN Rail said Monday afternoon that crews worked through the night to safely clear the area of the derailment, including clearing rocks and debris remaining from the rockslide.
Work is underway to return the track to rail traffic later Monday afternoon.
