Hilton luxury and lifestyle portfolios reach the 1,000th stage of the hotel with nearly 500 additional hotels in the pipeline

The company plans to add three new luxury and lifestyle hotels per week in 2025

Hilton announces the signature of Nomad Detroit in partnership with Ford Motor Company, bringing the luxury lifestyle brand to the emblematic Michigan central station

With recent openings in Paris, Cape Town, Dallas, Osaka, Costa Rica, Jordan, and even more, the luxury and lifestyle brands of Hilton opened their 1,000th Hotel worldwide. This step follows a record year of growth for Hilton, punctuated by strategic partnerships, acquisitions and nearly 100,000 rooms added to the Hilton portfolio. With nearly 500 luxury and lifestyle hotels in pipeline, including today announcement For Nomad Detroit, Hilton continues to demonstrate the momentum and the opportunity of his marks in this market segment.

“Our ultimate goal is to serve travelers for any occasion for a stay, all over the world they want to be,” said Chris Nassetta, president and chief executive, Hilton. “Our luxury and lifestyle portfolios are an essential element of this strategy, and today we have marked an important step when we strive to have the best hotels in these categories around the world. We look forward to continuing to build on our momentum with the expected opening of three new luxury hotels and lifestyle per week this year. ”

In 2025, Hilton plans to add more than 150 luxury and lifestyle hotels worldwide. The upcoming openings include the highly anticipated Waldorf Astoria New York, Waldorf Astoria Rabat Sale, Conrad Athens Les Ilisien and Conrad Hamburg, the first LXR Hotels & Resorts in India, and the beginnings of the Curio collection by Hilton in Thailand, opening the way to brand 200 of the 200 brand 200th Milestone hotel later this year. The recent openings included Waldorf Astoria Costa Rica Punta Cacique; Waldorf Astoria Osaka; Sax Paris, LXR Hotels & Resorts; Signia by Hilton Amman; Canopy by Hilton Cape Town Longkloof; Tempo by Hilton Raleigh; And the radical collection of Asheville, tapestry by Hilton.

Momentum for new luxury and lifestyle signatures

So far, Hilton has added more than 100 future luxury and lifestyle hotels to its development pipeline, based on recent additions to the nomad and graduates by Hilton Brands and the launch of a new exclusive partnership with small luxury hotels in the world (SLH). Recent signatures in this extended portfolio include:

  • Nomadic: In recent weeks, Hilton has announced the beginnings planned for Nomad in Singapore and has announced today the signing of Nomad Detroit. This is added to more than 15 agreements at various stages of development worldwide. Nomad Detroit will be hosted in the central Michigan station, a technological and cultural center of 30 acres and part of an ambitious effort to revitalize the historic railway resort and formerly abandoned.   • Small luxury hotels in the world: Hilton’s exclusive partnership with small luxury hotels in the world has developed this year, with 50 recently added additional hotels, bearing the number of unique individual SLH properties now available for Hilton customers at around 450.
