In certain circumstances, a supplier of a health center for UNR students may wish to refer to a specialist outside campus or an external installation for additional tests. Our patient care coordinator is there to help you with these references and plan external meetings.
The student health center can return patients who have a PPO insurance plan or who are auto-paying. HMO insurance schemes require a reference to be processed through a primary care provider.
Patients are advised to contact their insurance company for specific invoicing issues before any scheduled visit.
