CHICAGO – Kick-off of this Memorial Day weekend, the Chicago Transit Authority said he adds a bus service this summer to the Griffin Museum of Science and Industry and Navy Pier.

What we know:

Thanks to the Labor Day, the Bus 10 route will take the runners from Avenue Michigan to the Griffin Museum of Science and Industry.

But the service at Navy Pier will also be extended until midnight on the bus road # 124.

People arriving in the city center in West Side Metra stations will be able to connect directly to the Museum campus using Bus No. 120.

From this weekend in mid-August, the weekend / Holiday Beach Service will begin to take the runners directly at the Lake Chicago on the following bus routes:

  • No. 35 31e / 35th
  • N ° 63 63rd
  • N ° 72 North
  • N ° 78 Montrosis

Buses will start their trips on these beaches around 9 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. The week’s beach service will start on Monday, June 9.

The runners can buy a pass for unlimited rides for a day for $ 5 or for three days for $ 15.
