London – Mayer Brown advised European funeral services and the FUNECAP Group (“FUNECAP”) infrastructure provider on its acquisition of the Crematoria company for pets from the veterinary group listed CVS.
Acquisition
The acquisition was for a cash counterpart of 42.4 million pounds sterling. FUNECAP made this acquisition via Anima Care UK Limited, a subsidiary registered in the United Kingdom of Anima Care Holding, the parent company of the PET AFTERCARE DE FUNECAP. Mayer Brown also advised FUNECAP with regard to the current provisions to provide clinical waste elimination and cremation services to CVs practices and customers after completion.
